A rather frank assessment on current Liverpool squad...
Stoke City winger Jermaine Pennant says many in Liverpool's squad are not good enough.
Pennant, a Champions League finalist with Liverpool more than three years ago, insisted that some of the current Anfield squad are simply not good enough.
He said: "The fans want to see the old Liverpool back, but it's not as easy as that. They expect to win everything but it's hard living on the past.
"It's probably a lack of confidence, but you look at the team and they do need to get strength in certain areas.
"Great teams can play a different team within the squad and get results but Liverpool are struggling to do that at the moment.
"Some players are struggling to cope with the pace and demands of the Premier League.
"They've got a lot of work to do if they want to be challenging with Chelsea and Manchester United."
Haiz.. nowadays most of the time after I see my beloved LFC played a match, I need to popped some panadols before I sleep, cos so painful to see them buang again and again..
Nevertheless, LFC is still in my blood..
i think aurelio and lucas are scams from brazil
dunno their passport forged from where
anyone chanted "DALGLISH DALGLISH!" during the last game?
the lfc squad probably never takes ippt too.
that puts u ahead amongst the contenders, if ippt is used as a yardstick..
and u would pass a *beep* test..
i wouldnt mind seeing konchesky playing for lfc vs sg.
means we get to do all those chants again, without jamie yeo making trouble..
esp the spontaneous "wtf r manure"..
anyone got a recording of that one?
