some split suggestion

me suggesting a few things:

1. split the photo-journalism and sports photo galleries
reason: this will enable better posting availability for either genres.

2. This line "Events Coverage" under the photo-journalism/ sports section should be under Ready, Lights Action.
reason: well, an event is an event. there's nothing sporty or photojournalistic about it, other than style of photography, cos it's basically abt a photographer covering an event and making the event come to life with still-photos.

3. If the word Photo-Journalism could be changed with 'Reportage'.
reason: I see a lot would stay away from the word Photo-journalism, cos of it's "Journalism" feel to it. So, the word reportage might encourage some CS members to post. the stigma here is that, only pro do photo-journalism.
