Thanks for the good comments all bros / sis are giving me.

Recently, I crashed over the weekend. I guess must be the sleep debt I get over the week. I slept more than 14 hours a day. And come Monday (today), I still don't feel very replenished.

Sorry for the ultra late reply as I have been sleeping my weekend away.

Didn't know there are so many replies. hahah. Too many for me to reply all already.

I guess I just need more sleep. Hmmm... how do you get enough sleep if you don't have enough during sleep time?

Maybe you need to see a specialist, sounds a bit abnormal if you ask me...

Through my own experience esp during NS days, catching up on lost sleep-time is never 1:1 and if its is over a prolong period (again back to NS days), it can get very bad and will take a long period of time to recover. One weekend of 14 hours sleep doesn't mean you have effectively stolen back the sleep lost sustained throughout the week even if the you have made it up numerically. And plus your rigorous gym routine you're burning the candle at both ends!

This happyfrog doesn't sound very happy. U studying or working? So busy one meh? Perhaps need to cut down on Internet surfing, TV and gaming. Don't play with your health.

You might have Obstructive sleep apnea
Common symptoms include loud snoring, restless sleep, and sleepiness during the daytime. Diagnostic tests include home oximetry or polysomnography in a sleep clinic.
    The associated health risk are;
    1. increased risk of cardiovascular disease (30% higher risk of heart attack or premature death than those unaffected)
    2. stroke
    3. high blood pressure
    4. arrhythmias
    5. diabetes
    6. sleep deprived driving accidents
    7. tissue loss in brain regions that help store memory (nearly 20 percent smaller due to drops in oxygen that lead to the brain injury"

better go get proper medical consultation....

For the past 3 nights, I have had dreams about eating fried chicken drumstick. Woke up middle of night cos I knew I was 'eating on my bed' in my dreams. Scared to dirty my bedsheet. Woke up to wash my hands, but I realize I wasnt eating anything.

Wonder what does that mean. LOL
