service for PSing images for printing?

Is there such service available for PSing digital images to send for printing on 4Rs?

wanted to PSed my photos before I send for printing but I'm not too good with PS and have been trying for the past few days but with no luck..

Most self respecting labs will touch up the lighting and colour casts before printing.

Well, i'm looking at more stuff, like desaturating, changfe the white balance of the photo, etc.
