yO`,anybody uses this lens before?Is it sharp?The price for this I got is <$800.So,would like to find out more about this before commiting into it.

$800 ? you sure ?
a friend bought is last time for S$ 470 only .. n just ask me to resell as he wants a wider lens.

Btw .. that lens is good

Too bad I have overlapping range , if not its quite a good lens to use.

WOw!Really!?your friend got it for less than $500!?
Where he got the lens from?I just happen to see this lens at centrepoint yesterday then so I went to ask the fellow how much it is.He said $780.Ha..
now I must ask AP wats their price and so on liao...Thanks for telling me,man.

Yupz i'm using it.. fast n sharp.. got it for $750+ if i remembered correctly.. only thing is its 82mm filter diameter n noisy AF.. till now its my workhorse lens.

I think its because one shop either in Suntec or Funan
[ Digi something on the receipt he showed me ... now where is that receipt ]
is selling off their Sigma stock .. and somehow ... it became cheap.

There was a 70-200 sigma too there last time .. $570 or $600 I think .. can't remember.

If you want to dig up my previous post bout Sigma 24-70 .. its there.

PS :Some fellow CSer said its a B grade lens ...well with the result .. it does not look like B grade lens to me .. + full w'ty
