Default A Wedding Series

One of the weddings I did recently. This is the same couple i did a pre wedding shoot for. Their actual day wedding dinner was on a boat, The Colombus, a dutch vessel that is actually older than the titanic.

Cheers!

Your style is very off-horizon, not my preference. But other techincal aspects are great (exposure, dof, perspective). I also like the framing.

Hi, what is off-horizon, too much tilt?

I like tilt, but somehow also don't like. Don't know how to say. Tilt is to break up the lines and boring perspective, but too much of it makes me giddy. Guess it's really up to the customer's preference.

Hi guys...thanks for the comments.

Now...time for sharing.=)

I use flash almost 85% of the time. Some of the "macro" shots like the shoe shot was pure ambient. The rest... with flash.

The night shots were shot with a bounce card. The day ones are a mixture of bounce and a stoffen omnibounce.

I very seldom shoots straight on....90% of the time, the flash is bounced.

As for my ps workflow, I use some autmated plugin softwares to help speed up my workflow. I mainly adjust levels, and curves, at times...i use saturation and convert the yellows to a more reddish hue.

DO hope these helps....cheers!

Oh ya... the tilts..=)

I fpersonally strongly encourage you to mix your shots. Have straights and tilts....the ordinary shots like couple walking to house could be titled to make it more interesting...otherwise, you'll end up with a series that looks mostly like snapshots. Of course these are all IMHO.

Cheers (again)
