hi all i'm new starter of D70 SLR.. jus wan to know how to capture best shot on ppl dancing or running?

'best shot' depends on your own preference and what you want to show. To freeze movement, use a higher shutterspeed. To allow for some motion blur to imply a sense of movement and add dynamism into your picture, use a slower shutter speed. To keep your object sharp while still trying to show a sense of movement by blurring background, use a slower shutter speed and pan with the subject.

use slow-sync flash for a dramatic visual on ppl dancing.......
