What to do before printing?

Hello people.

I have been shooting in RAW, editing my images in PS CS.
Problem is after editing I can't figure out how to save my stuff in jpeg. I can only save in Tiff and some other formats quite alien to me. So I end up with an ave. of 125mb per image.

I need to burn my stuff into a cd so I can pass them to my friends for printing in the labs.

What should I do? Should I just give them my large Tiff files or should I convert them all to jpeg first? If so, how do I do that in PS CS?
