Problem with Canon EOS 300

Hello!

I have a Canon EOS 300 but it is now in bad shape and I couldn't take the nice pictures I wanted when I brought it to Japan.

I need advice on what actually happened and how can I get it repaired. The problem is that when clicked, it didn't roll the film to the next frame. And no matter how many times I snapped, it just couldn't work. What actually happend? And where can I send it for repair?

Any advice is appreciated.
