As usual.... KT Imaging near Chinatown Point! Cheap, good and excellent service!

1. get one of those sticky one-sided mounting boards from Art Friend. Tear out the sticky portion, paste your picture, then cut nicely to size.

2. following the above, if you want to put a border, you can stick the border (also can buy pre-cut ones at Art Friend) to the mounting board and then cut to size. The entire process probably takes slightly over just 1 minute.

3. If you want to cold-laminate, I suggest KT Imaging as well.

I always pay $2 for 8x12" S8R at KT, i think you can get that price if it's > 20pcs. I might even be printing > 24x30 soon, hope it's good enough (coz that size onwards it's more like customized).

KT is here. The red star. NE line is just nearby at Chinatown pt, or there is a bus stop just across the road.
(190, 124, 174, 51 and some other services).

Ay Fuji Pro labs are good enough.

If you live in the Clementi area I would suggest Grace Digital Labs at Sunset Way. FDI lab, also charge $3 for CS members.
