taking photo for passport size
I need some help in taking passport photo using digital photo. The apples website tells me they accept picture of a certain measurement 400 picel by 514 picels, and the face is to be 3.5 cm to 4 cm in long. Question I don’t understand is how do I edit the digital photo in photoshop so that the picture fits in the required size.
