I just use a vacuum cleaner and bulb blower. I disassemble the vacuum cleaner so that the filter is not in place (more suction) and place the intake near the opening. I then use the bulb blower to blow at the place where there is dust (you take a pic at highest aperture of uniform background to locate location first, of coz...easier lar). Never fails me, that said i don't go to very dusty places, so the dust is easily dislodged. The vacuum would mean any dust dislodged is sucked our of the cavity and not land in other places to haunt you later. There will still be very very small pieces of dust left (eg 1-2 pixel big), but it won't be a problem in everyday pics and situation, don't even have to post-process later to get rid of it).
