You can use any film, but would recommend a higher ISO, at least a 400.

I thought LOMO is pretty well known for its ability to create saturated colours...so when coupled with slides...woohoo...

I don't know what it is like in Singapore but here in Australia any 1 hour lab can do XProcessing of slide film.

I usually get We don't process slide film but once you explain to them what you want it just goes thru the machine as if it was neg film. The price here is the same as I pay for normal C-41 processing, I don't get anything printed at time of processing as I scan all my own stuff.

Mmm i dunno about whether all labs will do slide-to-color negative X-processing, but i do know that processing color negatives through E6 process is a lot more troublesome and only a few places will willingly do it for you... fee fee at chinatown is one, i think their processing fee is S$6, and then every print is as per normal rates.
Apparently what happens is that they have to discard the processing solution after use as the colors from the negative bleed out into the slide solution.

Any brand will do. You can try the Fuji ISO800 film if you like.
