This is the inevitable reality for an island as small as Singapore.

i think on ur map the HL is a different line from the CL. the CL in real life is not really a 'circle', as it goes from dhoby ghaut then circle out anti-clockwise towards harbourfront eventually. the CL here is a real full 'circle'. i wonder where is the end terminal in this case?

I work for SMRT, to be honest.... this Map looks alot like the one we had in our office... suppose to be from LTA. Yeah.... some of the station names are funny... but don't forget, this is but the planning stage for many of the stations and could easily be change and/or rename at anytime. Just take everything with a pinch of salt....

Tekong & Ubin station was only propose recently..... this Map had be seen around the office since before May 2010. Brought over from a ex-colleague who was working at the Circle Line.... supposed to have been printed from LTA ppl at Circle Line Office.

But again... could also be from a 'Very Free' civil servent

Why is Kebun Baru on the Tampines Line? Doesn't really make sense to call it Tampines Line then...

anyway, no amount of engineering can prevent a flooding from taking place once every 50yrs.

hahaha... seems like it true.. the station is near the bukit timah road entrance instead of the more famous entrance which is at cluny road (tanglin)... i just read it on wiki.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botanic...ns_MRT_Station

also, seems like Thomson station they renamed it to Caldecott... maybe Mediacorp will be a better name? hahahaha...

If the above were true, Singapore would become a piece of hole-ridden cheese and sink or collapse inward....
