    Default Sigma 70-300mm Lens

I am thinking of getting the Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO DG Macro lens but I saw there is 1 which had this Motorized indicated. What does this Motorized means?

It means that a motor is integrated into the lens, allowing the lens to AF even when its attach to a camera without an AF motor (eg. D40, D60, D3000, D5000)

I'm using a Canon 450D, so do I take the one with or without motor?

The motorized version is only for Nikon, you don't need to choose whether you want it motorized. The canon mount will certainly work on your 450D so no worries
