How u guys make nice Translucent watermarks ? and is there any way to quick put those WaterMarks on my pictures ?

There's a few ways to do this. Here's my choice:

1. Choose your text input selection to type mask tool.
2. Type your text.
3. Use an eraser tool. Put the opacity to whichever you like (except 100%)
4. Then erase on the selection accordingly.

cool... i will go try it out later on. But i whether if can save my watermark as a preset, so it will just be pasted to my pictures whenever i want it....
If i post a picture i taken of someone else without his/her consent, will i be sued ?

I think it's better not to post other people's pictures without their consent.
Dun think they will sue... but some definitely will complain.
