Studio to share/let
I currently occupy a 1300 sq ft studio space at Aljunied/Tannery vicinity. It is an open concept studio, with a pantry, lounge/entertainment area, storage and changing/makeup area, and effective shooting space of about 800-900 sq ft. Ceiling height is about 10 ft. Wireless broadband internet access, phone/fax lines, and 100 amp electricity etc. I am currently occupying the space with a start-up interactive/graphic design firm, but they are moving out in June, so I am looking for photogs who are able to commit for at least 9 mths to share the space with, or for complete take over. Rental does not cover usage of equipment. Although they may be rented on an ad-hoc basis. I have some miscellaneous stuff like table tops, lightstands (if i am not using), polyfoams blackcards etc for common use. But expendables and delicate equipment ie lights, camera computer equpiment.

Lease till april 2005. Rental is S$500 per photog excluding utilities. For complete take over, the rental is S$1600 per month excluding utilities.
