Question Any good point & shoot camera to recommend?

    As abovementioned.
Don't need any meddling just point and shoot. Idiot proof.

    Please advise.

The Olympus LT 105 looks really snazzy...
If I had an excuse to buy an idiotproof camera I would buy that one.

The Yashica T5 seems highly rated by alot of pple. Its also a fixed lens P&S. I have not used it, so dunno how good it is but think its quite expensive. Philip Greenspun from photo.net trust it enuf to shoot Velvia on it

The Olympus mju series have quite a few zooms. They also seem to have quite alot of roadshows promoting it. Go look around
