Default How to create sparkle/ edit lens flare

    Hi,

I've previous edit this photo to add some sparkle to the rings.
    http://tokensoflove.wordpress.com/20...-wedding/ring/

If i don't recall wrongly, i probably used a lens flare effect.
I clearly remember i could edit the number of rays, the radius etc.
The problems is I can't remember what software i used.
I usually use photoshop, picasa, microsoft photoeditor but i can't find any options that can allow me to create a lens flare where i can edit the number of rays.

please tell me which software can do that.

    thanks

    I think Photoshop should have??

Anyway, I am using PaintshopPro and PhotoScape. I know these two programs have the lens flare function.

Use photoshop to creative your own star shape, or you can simply save the following photo and load it into your photoshop. Remember to use 200x200 pixel white background to create the star image.

When the shape is created, use "Edit" "Define Brush Preset" to save it as a new brush preset, named it as "Star".
Now you can load up a new photo where you want to add in a star effect, select the brush tool, select the star brush, adjust the size and opacity and click on the photo. The above star shape is now added to your photo.

found the star brush presets... more selection.

Download the Glint Brushes, unzip and save it into the photoshop brush preset directory.
