    1. Depends, yes if the flash is not big (ie, do not required a long time to load)
    2. Singnet 256Kb boardband
    3. 1024 x 768 & 800 x 600
    4. Don't know, How to check?
    5. <20, but normally skip the flash intro if possible
    6. No sound, prefer quiet website if possible.
    7. Yes, cos some time use friends or office PC to surf, and can't install flash player as the owner/company may not allow.
    8. simple and elegant flash

    9. I encounter some flash site where half way thru' the site (filling up some form or etc), the page didn't display properly, and when hit refresh, it load from the begining again.

    thanx you both

Trevor: I'm not sure how to check what version of flash player you have but Flash Player 6 just came out so i you don't remember d/l it at macromedia, you most probably have 5 then.
When you hit refresh, you are refreshing the whole .swf file... that's why you start all over again :/

    7) Yes there should be a non flash version available as it's good authoring practice and it should conform to WSC standards.

    8) Elegant everytime.

    9) A good site is;
    a) Cross browser complient
    b) Able to be accessed by version 3 browsers.
    c) Fast loading even with a slow (14.4K) connection
    d) Available in a variety of screen resolutions.

    just my 2cents worth

    1) Flash sites are cool but they took a bit of bandwidth and resources. People with slow connection or slower computer will have a bit of difficulty. So, I guess intro with flash is okay but not the contents.
    2) ADSL
    3) 1024 * 768
    4) Flash Player 6
    5) b) <40secs
    6) Any. As long as it suits the flash well enough.
    7) Yes, that would be ideal
    8) Sweet and Simple
