your choice of subject is excellent; a very colourful and interesting montage of posters on the wall. i think the image can be even better if the walking man is in sharp focus and photographed a split second earlier, so that the pair of eyes in the bottom central poster will appear to look up and draw attention to him. alternatively, the composition will also work if two similarly clad people were to included in the photograph, because the theme of "repetition" is already suggested by the presence of repeated posters on the wall. |

yeah, agree with Zaren...
When I first saw this picture, something seems to be missing although I cannot quite pinpoint what it was until Zaren gave his insightful comments. It would have been perfect if the subject (focus or not) was captured one second earlier for the poster's eyes to look up to. I also second the "repetition" thingy... the inclusion of 2 people (similarly clad or not) would also be good. Lastly, loose the top distracting bits... ![]() |
