Beautiful catchlights in the eyes and brilliant colours. However, the backgrounds are very distracting.

I understand that some of the locations of the birds at JBP can be rather constrained but where possible, choosing a simple, plain or monotone coloured background would improve the photo greatly since attention would not drawn away from the main subject.
