Default List of Film developing methods

hi,
thought of listing down methods of film developing here for easy reference.

1)Ilford pan 50(120)
ilfosol 25ml+175ml (20deg) water in a 5x7 tray *pulley* method 7mins
Hypam Fixer 2½mins
wash

What's this pulley method like? Care to share?

pulley method is to hold each end of the film with ur hands and submerge one end of the film in the tray and start pulling up and down.
advantages of this method is low chemical usage.
