Default Simple border

Using PS, palette is black and white
1. i shrink my pix down to 640x480 (keystroke: Alt + i then i )
2. press x to swap to white foreground
3. increase canvas size by 2 pixels, relative checked (keystroke: Alt + i then s )
4. press x to swap to black
5. increase canvas size by 20 pixels, relative checked (keystroke: Alt + i then s )

Favorite font is Monotype Corsiva, using white with black outer glow.

For bulk of pictures, may wanna record macro or use layers to speed things up.

Yup you can set the foreground/background on the palette to any color of your preference.

Too add on, Lee2003's recent post of photos of his Israel trip has a nice 3D pop out feeling due to the drop shadow.
