CF Memory Performance??- help
I looking for CF / Type i or 2.
http://www.robgalbraith.com doesn't mention some
cheap brand example: magicstor 2.2 and hitachi 4 gb
What i found from those staff in their shop told me:
-magicstor 2.2 vs 2.2 plus = 2.2 plus is faster and compailabilty with most
but i read on magicstor websites, the RPM and read/write speed are same.
hitachi 4gb don't support most digital camera. Of course he told me this because he doesn't carry in this kind of brand. And he told me that " because i didn't bring in this brand because alot of ppl complain abt it.
I would like to know:
1.Is magicstor really suck as many post complain abt it?
2.Is hitachi Performance good?
3.Which is better? hitachi or magicstor ( this 2 brands)
4.Any brand cheaper then this?
5. Sandisk come out Extreme version ( so call 60x) I would like to know
what is the write/read speed of this card and what is digital camera 10D and 1Ds max write/read speed and card reader max write/read speed. Because would like to know is it still full used of the card. If digital camera read/write speed is slower then Sandisk , i guess i don't need to buy so high end .

hitachi 4GB is listed. why don't you check the speed as tested by Rob?
anyway, there's no harm getting a fast cards if the price difference is not great. your next camera might be able to make use of it even if the current one can't.
Sandisk Extreme is not available in Singapore.

Because we paid extra yet don't get the speed is abit useless now?
For future? If you said 2 years later. Maybe I spend $400 now can had
EXAMPLE 1GB 45X But 2 years is hard to said. Maybe CF not longer used
for most camera or $400 can have 10GB with 100X
