Default How to print passport photos using Adobe PS?

Hi I was just wondering...

Is it possible to scale down an image to the size of passport photo and print multiple copies of them on say a 4R print? Can I do that in Photoshop? If so, how do I do it? Otherwise, is there a better way?

I just realized a particular shop I went charged a very high price of $20 for just 8 digital passport photos!!! Resolution not that fantastic also.

Thank you!!

Yes it can be done. This is my workflow:
a. Open a new file with this setting: 4 x 6 in @ 300 dpi & white background
b. Open your photo and crop to 35mm x 45 mm @300 dpi. Sharpen using USM. Select all. Drag across to the empty file in (a). Repeat this for 8 times. Do your alignment. Flatten the file and save in jpeg.

There you have it...cheap passport printout from the color lab (remember to print in matte finish
