food without salt and MSG can taste very good too,
how tasty will depend on long you'd taken your previous meal.
I'm health conscious, but the focus is slightly different. I focus on getting wholesome and fresh food only. Nothing beats getting a super fresh deep sea Seabass from the wet market, steam it with some salt and top up with freshly chopped coriander and lightly fried shallots and sesame seed oil.
MSG and processed food is a no no for me.
Salt and pepper are natural favour enhancer. Try to take unrefined sea salt and freshly grounded pepper. It makes a very huge difference.
