Default Is there such a software like this?

The s/w will calculate the color range in the photo taken by camera A and automatically changes the color range in photo taken by Camera B to camera A color range?... Anyone knows? Thanks..

You can use 'indexed colours' in Photoshop.

    - Change picture A to '(Image->Mode->)indexed colours'. Save the colour table (Image-> Mode-> Colour Table).

    - Load picture B. Change to 'indexed colours'. Load the colour table from picture A.

Pic B will now use only the colours from pic A.
