Need Help ! PAN FZ1 with T/C

Good day to all Lumix users.

Am new to Teleconverter. please adv me your view whether FZ1 can fixing
fujiflim TL-FX9 1.5x TC (55mm) c/w adaptor.
or
It is prefer to fix with Tcon17??

Will the aperture of 2.8 in FZ1 will change when using T/C??

Can I share your experience on this with thank.
