    Gotta understand. Sumtimes, the tasks at work is so mundane that one can fall asleep on the job. So CS at least perks me up by the occasional laughs then I can return back and do my job in peace instead of me nodding off to dreamland when no one is looking... "Efficient" in that sense.

    Sometimes you can learn nuggets of wisdom from others who have been-there-done-that and REALLY know what they are talking about. Not just rehashing or plagiarising from some one else's book. ....

    second that. i found loads of info/advice/tips on diversified topics when I login to Kopitiam. it triggers more workload for my brain to think and act wisely when I found something interesting and it's related to my daily life.

    but really, the entertainment & educational value has drop over the years as some have left CS.
