    Channel news asia says that various location in sg are flooded, including orchard road again.

    From bro Orion's satellite images, it seems like a Sumatra squall, just that squalls nowadays are getting much stronger than before.

    IIRC there was a article from Channel NewsAsia (CNA) or TODAYonline on the people who was caught off guard patting themselves on the back as Orchard Road was not flooded today as badly as last week. Was it taken down already?

    Inbound Sumatra squall, thunderstorm with heavy showers over south-western Peninsular Malaysia and western Singapore currently.

    Maybe the PSA may require the driver to obtain an extra license to use the waterway.

    Those who are not aware... there are restricted route for those bum boats as to which area they are ply their vessel.
    Found out when I chartered a ferry from West Coast ferry terminal out to cover an assignment.

    Nah, I think PSA would ask you to get licence from MPA (Maritime Singapore).
