    Default New noob here! :)

Hello everybody, just created my account, infact, was in this forum for 2 weeks without account and reading alot about cameras. What I can say that this forum is truly informative!

Even tho I don't own any good camera right now... I'm thinking of changing my camera Sony DSC-T77 to something which is like LX3, takes fast snapshot and beautiful quality.

    My budget is <$800
    Decided to get LX3!

    Welcome on board.
"Good camera" depends on the definition of 'good'. Try to upgrade your skills also so that you evolve from taking snapshots to taking pictures

    Fast moving buildings also?
As I mentioned: a lot depends on your personal definition of what is good (a.k.a. 'useful') to you and supports what you do. Also, what quality do you expect? Have a look at this thread, might not be up to date to latest models but the basics are still the same. You can compare technical specs and test pictures at www.dpreview.com

Thanks for telling me! haha, the fast moving objects is only my dog! =x

I'm thinking of LX3, as i'm just a beginner. About me, I don't think im suitable for any dslr camera because i am not really going into photography =X

Check out dpreview, you'll get some info there.
@$800 budget, you can get a decent used DSLR, which will be able to shoot your 'fast' dog.
Take a stroll in the B&S section & you coild find something there
    Take the shot!
