Another RED CARD during Group D matches.

Why Brazil could win with this thrilling scores ?

Because they have a Creative Genius who become the Key Link to support their strikers. He is KAKA !

He is so cute, isn't he ?

Kaka red card 'totally unjustified', as stated in the Washington Post.

    Very agree with that !

I am a bit pesimistic when Brazil will face Portugal next week, without their Creative Genius, Kaka.

    Brazil vs Portugal prediction : 1 - 1
(reason : because Kaka can't play)

Brazil will not risk injury and push their players too hard since they have already qualified for the next round, regardless whether Kaka is around or not. They might even field reserve players for them to get the chance to run around the field for warm up into the next round of matches... this might prove to help Portugal into the next round too, so everything is possible.

It doesn't matter, Brazil is already through. In fact, I won't be surprised if Dunga decides to rest some players.

I am quite amazed at NZ performance... seems like they have brought much awareness of the game into this rugby nation...

Actually we should say it's Italy's performance not up to par.
Italy can consider themselves lucky if they can proceed to the last 8.
This may be the underdogs' World Cup.
France almost certainly out, England/Germany/Italy all still struggling to proceed to 2nd round.
We should see whether Spain can bounce back after their defeat to Swiss.

Wonder what will happen if all (France, England, Germany, Italy and Spain) are out first round!

We still have the big boys in Brazil, Argentina and Holland.
How about a South Korea vs North Korea match up??

If I am not wrong, based on groupings, S. Korea and N. Korea will only meet if they can reach the semi finals; which will effectively put either one into the Finals.

    That would be some scenario.
