Min aperture : Most people are not so concern about min aperture but max aperture, except for micro lens. Lens construction : don't know Angle of view : depends on focus length Diaphragm : depends. Min focus distance : For min focusing, usually the shorter the better. Just my two cents. |

Apparently, this spec must be taken from one particular standard lens (ie. 50mm lens for 135 format, hence angle of view is 46 degree. For a 6x6, it would be a 75 or 80mm lens) min. focusing dist: 1m seems too long. So what can fit the bill? Answer: it depends only on the lens mount. For Canon EF (EOS series) mount, the 50/1.8 is the best choice in terms of price/performance ratio. Similarly for Nikon F-mount. Last edited by y0gi0h; 15th April 2004 at 07:56 PM. |
