Min aperture : Most people are not so concern about min aperture but max aperture, except for micro lens.
Lens construction : don't know
Angle of view : depends on focus length
Diaphragm : depends.
Min focus distance : For min focusing, usually the shorter the better.

Just my two cents.

"Funny" question

Apparently, this spec must be taken from one particular standard lens (ie. 50mm lens for 135 format, hence angle of view is 46 degree. For a 6x6, it would be a 75 or 80mm lens) min. focusing dist: 1m seems too long.

So what can fit the bill? Answer: it depends only on the lens mount. For Canon EF (EOS series) mount, the 50/1.8 is the best choice in terms of price/performance ratio. Similarly for Nikon F-mount.
