Default How to call my own phone?

I heard there is a number to call, so that the system will call you back after you hang up.
Anyone knows this number/service? Wanna test the ringtone on my phone and don't wanna to keep calling myself from another phone

Try searching singtel/yellowpages but in vain. likely I didn't use the right keywords.

I seriously thot this was ancient service...I thot this service has ceased looooong time ago

Pls pardon me...the fact that you could take the trouble to post on forum for answer, I really don't understand why you find it troublesome to call yourself using your handphone or vice versa

It is troublesome as I am debugging the phone ringtone problem. It is not playing the tone I selected.

I believe the service is still available at least within last year.

Just sit next to your home/office phone and try?

Eh. If you need to dial a number for it to call you back, isn't it as troublesome as dialing your own number? Better way would be to use a DTMF dialer, or better yet, auto dialing with a modem if you have one.

In the past, i could remember, for land lines, you dial 163.
Hear a beep, hang up. In 2 seconds or so, your phone will ring a continous tone
till you pick it up, you will hear a default usual dial tone.
