i really think that i shld get a tripod since i can't hold on still my camera while taking a pic...
does anyone know which or what tripod can be used with my canon powershot S50? if possible could you state the price and place where i can buy it at a good price? many thanks~ |

ahh thanks! that helps bcuz i don't think i can afford those expensive ones. maybe i shall make a trip down to cash convertor..i wonder what kind of tripod will they have..frankly im not familiar with camera stuffs lol

can also get from Carrefour. their $20 tripods would be good enough.

but well someone told me it's better to get a new one since i may not know how to choice among the 2nd hand tripods... he also said will bring me to CP? (a shop?) to take a look if i want. |

Like it has already been pointed out many times, a light camera like yours would do fine with almost any tripod. A few points to take note:
The height of the tripod when fully opened, without the "neck extended". Make sure when the tripod is opened, it's actually level.. ![]() You might wanna get those "3D" rotational head. Some tripod can only go in the Y axis, or the X axis only, or the X and Y, but not Z. Ok, i'm kidding :P dunno if any tripod can move in the Z-axis. Haa. i got con months ago by a shop near pensiular plaza for a lousy tripod at $50 ![]()

You'll only get conned if you don't know your stuff. In PP, you need to know the right guys and know what you're looking for, including the pricing.

U may consider to get a slighty better wan for your future use.. I don't think u will stick with your s50 for life time right?
My advice, don't choose plastic head... u will regret next time ![]() |
