Thread: How much should I charge for this?

Default How much should I charge for this?

I recently bought myself a very sharp knife, mid to top range, it's tack sharp.
I hope someone can help as to how much can I charge for performing minor surgery.
I don't don't have a operating theatre so lighting would be tricky I guess.
Any advice on lighting would be appreciated.
I don't do this for a living, I'm a photographer in my day job.

Also please help replace the underlined with words relating to photography.

    I feel better now. Thanks.

hi, i am a patient who needs his armpits shaved.

i don't really mind if you aren't very good, because i don't need my armpits to be shaved very well. i suggest that you do it for free to gain experience.

i have pmed you my address and my free time. i will give you a drink for the armpit shaving.

How about giving me a good time for free to add this experience to your style/portfolio ?

    brother,

you must remember that you have a chance of cutting into my armpit and releasing a spray of blood.

you better remember that i am doing you a favour, stop acting like your knife makes you very good. i am taking a huge risk by offering my armpit, understand? you better be grateful.

Hey bro, thanks for the pointer coz :
I have a nice kitchen setup, & thought I could cook for a living
I have a car, & thought I was the fastest around
    I have a pen, & thought I could perhaps write a book

Better stick to my little day job of photography. Thanks pal.

    Huh? So it's the lens.
No wonder I see the some photographers use large formats or shift lenses to get that perfect plane of focus.
Thought the lens the comes with the DSLR would suffice any shooting scenario.

First you must willing to do it free for the first few time.

Look for XMM and show them your sharp knife and ensure that they will be damn pretty after the operation.

After a few operation, you have some track record and you can start print namecard stating you are pro.....then the money will keep coming in.

also, must remember don't get carried away and offer to show them other less sharp knives.
