Default Good harvest at Millenia Walk 10 Apr 04

Tried out the 24-85 today and it worked well Only issue is zoom creep - is it common for this lens?

The models are the same as those that modelled during the Blue Print 04! Lots of nice fashion on display and we're close to the action The shows are still on at 2 pm and 4 pm tomorrow. Go down if you don't want to miss them. Here're some of the highlights, all captured using the 24-85 USM...... you may see some clubsnappers in action too.... Enjoy.....

I used a tamron 28-200 on a 300d before. It also has zoom creep, so i usually point the lens upwards when im waiting to shoot.

unless reviewing with screen upwards (lens downwards), there's usually no reason for me to point the lens downwards.

hmm... it's my first zoom lens with creep (my others -Sigma 70-300, Tamron 28-200 XR and Canon 18-55 don't). Guess I have to be more careful shooting down or up

Background rather cluttered compared with your other fashion shoots. Was it hard to get a good spot there? Thought of going there but thinking twice now that it seems rather cramp there...

Thanks will take note of that . it was quite a cramped space... the runway is right in the centre between shops and is quite small and low compared to the other shows I've been to. you could isolate the models by shooting with a longer lens I suppose I was kinda lazy and shot sitting down for the 4 pm show.

Notice the red glow? It's the irritating spotlight
