Darn, can't attend this one. Leading a photo-walkabout. But note, sunrise is at 6.56am. Best to be there at least 10 - 20 minutes before that time.

    Cheers!

Anyone wants to do an over-night TCSS lim kopi marathon session?

That way no need to worry cannot wake up on time.

Like DM said, go for all night kopi session, then you'll be guaranteed to be early at Esplanade for the morning shoot!

Come later, and you'll miss the blue hour ...

    Cheers!

PS: DM, good idea for all night kopi session ... but sadly need energy next day for photo-walkabout!

Thanks Dingaroo and Yapster(via pm) for the heads up. I have changed the meeting time to 6:15am just to be sure.

Can't do an all-nighter though since I'm working on Froday and would most probably be half dead by evening time.

Folks, if you are hesitating, here's a few reasons why morning shoots are better......

    a) Cooler weather.
    b) Less crowd.
    c) Calmer water.
d)IMO, the lights much better in the morning from the spot we are shooting.

Easier for me to get VISA also. Mornings normally other half don't wake up until later part of morning so I am FREE... wahahaha. But don't feel like doing a shoot, so will just come down and maybe grab a few candid shots rather than tripod landscape, then go kopi. Don't wanna waste a slot for the shooters so I'll just... try to be invisible and bleeend in..... you didn't seeee meeee....

How to not see you ... you are the WILD cat! LOL!

But agree with Kit, morning shoots is the best cos it's calmer. Evening shoots you feel many eyes upon you, and I love the smell of the air in the morning as its fresher, just hope not standing next to any *CAT* droppings! LOL! Or worse, a dingo's or a kangaroo's or a dingaroo's poop!

    Enjoy!

No joke, I need that too but once I drag myself into the shower for a cold drenching, everything's fine from there on.....
