70-300/F4-5.6 lens for D70

I'm new to DSLR and going to get my D70 soon.
Could you advise which would be a better lens for D70.

- SIGMA 70-300/4-5.6 APO Macro Super
- TAMRON 70-300/4-5.6 LD 1:2 Macro
- Nikkor 70-300/4-5.6D or G

Is the 70-300D lens really that great compare to 70-300G lens?
Is SIGMA and TAMRON lens also belong to CPU lens?
