    Default How do I get such tone, color?

    What kind of post processing needed to achieve the tone, color such images in below album? What's the technique named? I tried searching in google but have no clue what to search for ^^;

    got bnw, got sepia........ please be more specific.

    for above link, that is a form of digital xpro, probably. can be done with individual RGB curves.

    Actually I am referring to the whole album. I thought the post processing is the same for the whole set

    digital xpro = cross processing isn't it?

    Looks like it's been desaturated to tone down the colors and had the contrast increased to make the blacks pop up a bit.

    tweaking the individual curves most likely... colors look desaturated...play around with curves to get something close?

    Agree that there's no one pp work flow that can produce all those...not consistent from photos to photos...probably TS can post the specific one that he hopes to achieve?

    sorry to ts for hijacking his thread, but i'm interested in knowing how to create this effect: http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?...565918768&p=12

    it stands out from the rest of the photos in that album. kinda sepia like, but have had no luck so far trying to get something like that in ps.

    split toning for shadow and highlight - you can set the hue to red for the shadow and yellow for the highlight. then other standard pp to bring out those images.

    original

    split toning and additional pp - vignette and an additional sepia tone layer

    adding more rough grains and level adjustment
