    Default Multi-coat , why?

what is the difference between a multi-coated UV filter and a normal (single coat) UV filter?

How much should i expect to pay for a 37mm UV hoya multi-coated filter?

One UV lens with out coat , is just a commom piece of glass .
So the single coat , have on it only the filter .
Multy coat = filter + second filter or , + anti scratch coating .
