QR plate for Manfrotto 352RC ?

Hi, since this ballhead model is already discontinued, are they still selling the QR plate?
if it is so, any idea where and how much?

ps. anyone selling a mint condition one? i don't mind buying....

cathay is selling this i think..... its on the left side once you enter the shop (where they sell tripods)...
