this's a very good idea.

some of the photography DVDs are not readily available locally. people who have them can consider to rent them to fellow clubsnappers for a small fee, to earn a small income themselves as well as to broaden our knowledge/inspiration in photography.

alternatively, you guys also can organize some kind of DVD screening session and maybe some discussions, i'm sure such events will be really meaningful.
