    It's a Manny 028 Triman - goes up over 3 meters if you scrunch the legs together liddat.

    At more modest heights, SOLID as a ROCK!

    used to have one in my late brother's studio,
    super heavy,
    only use for location shoot
    once deploy,
    all people will stay far far away from it automatically.

    I also used a similar one before, but the brand is Mamiya, obviously it is meant for MF cameras.
