    1. In what area is critique to be sought?
    Everything and anything.

    2. What one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
    To able to feel the beauty of the scene. Having the kind of viewing a picture with muti layer.

    3. Under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
    This was taken at Taiping Lake.

    4. What the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture
    I feel it is pretty good for a 1st timer? Lol... Somehow pretty satisfy on how it was taken. Probably need more improvement.

    Are you / You are expecting viewer to experience a 3D effect like that from Avatar or Clash of the Titan, from this picture ?

    should check for highlights before taking this picture; the white details are completely lost and there is no way to recover with PP. I believe it is over exposed by 2 stops.

    Try using the split ND filter to overcome this situation with a different view angle, otherwise the tree in the foreground will be under exposed.

    i get your idea of having layers.. with the clouds, the background tress and the foreground tree.
    though for me, the overblown sky and the "same colored" lake was a bit of an eyesore...
