    Default Repair for Digicabi drybox

Hi guys, I bought a Digicaby Db036 I think and the dehumidifier unit is spoilt, because it does not light up when power supply is on and the humidity did not go down.

Anyone knows where can I get them repaired? Thanks.

Isn't there suppose to be a 1 year warranty for this? Why don't you call them up?

    Cheers

No more warranty cause it's already over a year now. And I have lost the packaging and warranty card and all.

My digicabi comes with 5 year warranty. Please check. I think is 5 years.

Even with no warranty, you can just unscrew the dehumidifier unit and bring/send to the distributor here. They can take a look at it.

Sometime is the power adapter or plug spoil.
Use a voltmeter to check any break in the wiring ?

You can check whether the dehumidifier unit is working or not at home. Plug the cable turn the knob clockwise halfway and touch the heatsink . Open your cabinet and look for the heatsink behind the panel with the digicabi inscription. The top part is open. It should be cold in few seconds. If not your dehumidifier unit is spoiled.

If confirmed spoiled you can remove the dehumidifer unit by removing the screws from inside and bring it to their shop (located in Tagore Lane).
