    Manfrotto 190 Series..
Usually when the lens is really heavy.. it should come with a tripod collar.

suggest that u go down to CP at Penisula, pay Stephen a visit at the Tripod section, tell him what u need and your budget, he should be able to advise u accordingly, he is a honest and frenly guy, if you are unsure, remember what he recommended and come back here to post for comments..............

    enjoy!!!!

u can also have a look at slik able 300dx tripod.

very sturdy tripod. brand new around $120-$130, already comes with a tripod head (pan and tilt) as well as quick release plate.

weight around 2.6kg.. shld be almost the same in weight wth manfrotto 190b wth a head.

u can do a search to find out more bout this tripod.
