Ooh! I'm interested in this too...
FZ1 is a completely useless indoor camera, as far as I'm concerned lor!
    A superb outdoor camera though!

    Default Yes, it works

    Yes,
I tried external slave flash with fz-1/fz-2 and it works fine.
The external salve flash can tile vertical/horizontal and can act as bounce flash.
Mount on a vertical blade and together with the camera. Trigger by camera flash.
    Excellent pics too.

You may wanna try the Emoblitz DS328AZ, a S'pore-made slave unit. Works very well with my FinePix S5000. Cost is about S$60, available at Sim Lim Square.

I don't think you can find any info in the WWW. Why don't you make a trip down to Sim Lim to check it out. May be good to bring your camera along to test it out.
