Delkin and Hoodman have recently introduced new high speed CompactFlash promising greater reliability, while SanDisk has taken the wraps off a 64GB SDXC card. Delkin's CombatFlash series is speed-rated at 625X, available in capacities up to 32GB and built to withstand extreme environmental conditions, while Hoodman's latest RAW CompactFlash is speed-rated at 675X, comes in capacities up to 16GB and utilizes enterprise-level flash memory. SanDisk's highest-capacity Secure Digital card to date is the new Ultra 64GB. It's also the company's first offering in the SDXC variant of this memory card format.
